There comes a point in every chef's career when they cross over from creativity to complacency. I hit that point in 2013. After opening yet another successful sushi bar, I realized that I was tired of tradition and routine. It was time to switch gears and rediscover that passion that drives all chefs to explore new directions.
Relish grew from that desire. An eclectic combination of Asian fusion framed against the new Southern culinary renaissance, I began reworking traditional favorites from a fresh perspective. We start the day off with breakfast and carry that vision all the way through dinner.
